Today, under the leadership of Principals Mark Saccoccio, NCARB, AIA and Steve Guglielmo, NCARB, AIA, LEED the firm still observes this respected ideology. Both principals are actively involved in all phases of a project, overseeing the quality of design and its implementation, while ensuring that personal client contact is always readily available.

While the SA portfolio includes diverse projects, the firm specializes in Academic, Civil/Public Safety and Commercial facilities, implementing new construction, sustainable architecture, inventive design solutions and historic restoration.

Many of our projects have been recognized with awards and accolades for innovation, beauty and contextual design. Our staff includes LEED-accredited professionals who incorporate responsible green, sustainable building systems and principles whenever viable in a project design.
