Ryan Haggerty, AIA

Ryan has a decade and a half of experience as an architect and senior PM,working with property owners, managers, contractors, and other partners to manage every facet of the design and construction process.

Ryan began his career in architecture as an intern with Vision 3 Architects in 2005, after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University, remaining with the firm until 2011, when he went on to pursue opportunities in facilities services and construction management. Prior to Ryan’s return to Vision 3 in 2018, Ryan worked as a senior manager and owner’s representative in the facilities management divisions of large public sector and private higher education institutions. Ryan leverages his experience on both sides of the table to bring a collaborative and team-oriented spirit to every project.

Ryan has previously served as a board member of the Rhode Island State Properties Committee, where he reviewed and approved real estate sales and leasing transactions on behalf of the State. He currently serves on RWU’s School of Engineering, Computing & Construction Management’s “Construction Professional Advisory Board.” He also joined the AIA Rhode Island Board in 2019 as a director to fill a vacancy through the end of the year.

He currently lives in Elmhurst, Providence with his wife Martina and son William. In his spare time, you’ll usually find him exploring Rhode Island bike paths with his family, tinkering with an old car, or sprucing up his historic house.
