The first new high school in Rhode Island built under a state program.   This project is required to design and implement all the requirements to satisfy NE-CHPS requirements as defined by the Rhode Island Department of Education RIDE. \nLearning Objectives: \n\nLearn about the current commercial code versions\, energy code background and energy code compliance pathways.\nYou will learn in this virtual tour how energy efficiency measures were incorporated into the building design.\n We will discuss how the high-performance building enclosure with improved thermal envelope and high efficiency HVAC equipment and lighting controls\,\n An overview of the Rhode Island code compliance enhancement incentive program\, free technical support and circuit rider program will be discussed.\n\n
