Particularly through the end of the nineteenth century it is where some of the most ground breaking architecture was being done by the most important architects of the time.  \nThis vast and irreplaceable portfolio is managed not just by the city or by a single institution\, but by a large and varied group of organizations\, individuals and companies. Together this heritage is both what Newport is best known for worldwide and also a prime attraction thatdraws visitors as an essential economic driver for the community. \nOn May 25\, 2019 various organizations within the Newport community are coming together to celebrate this vast and rich architectural heritage of The Point neighborhood of Newport\, Rhode Island. DESCRIPTION:{{pilgrimlofts}} \n19 Harrison St\, Providence\, RI 02909 \nThis historic adaptive reuse project was recently completed in 2017 in the Armory District on the West side of Providence. The original structure was built in 1874 as the Pilgrim Congregational Church and has since survived several fires and natural disasters.
