Nicholas Fair, PE, HERS, CPHC
Nick was raised in the mountains of New York State by a teacher and naval diver who taught him the value of solving complex and unique problems and puzzles. This background led Nick to the construction field where his focus is on designing sustainable buildings. As a Certified Passive House Consultant and RESNET HERs Rater, Nick improves project performance through operational and embodied carbon improvements. Nick really loves pushing the envelope on all his projects in terms of creative solutions and energy savings. In his free time, Nick can be found outdoors: with his children tending their herd of scottish highland cattle in southern New Hampshire.
Fun Fact: Nick has a national title for competitive collegiate cheerleading.
