You will need the following qualifications:

• BArch or MArch
• Two or more years of experience

Preferred Skillsets:

• Sound knowledge of construction systems, building and fire codes, and
  bid documents
• Understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
• Congenial and professional management of a project team, including junior
  staff, internal colleagues, external contractors, clients, and stakeholders
• Proficiency with Revit, and Sketchup
