Kohta Ueno will cover a range of fundamental building science topics, and how they apply to real buildings and construction techniques. They will include water control layers/drainage planes, controlling rainwater leakage with an air gap, window installations, the dangers of hard-coat stucco (and what to do about it), air leakage and airflow, and controlling condensation inside walls.
