AIAri Emerging Professionals Tours: Residence Inn by Marriott

Join the AIA Emerging Professionals next Friday, November 30th at 3:30 pm for a post-food coma construction tour of the new Residence Inn by Marriott (across from the Dean). The new Residence Inn by Marriott (Providence, RI) located at 100 Sabin Street isa high-rise hotel featuring a mix of guestroom types with fully equipped kitchens and modern amenities geared towards extended stay travelers. The +/- 127,000 sq. ft. the building accommodates 176 guestrooms over nine stories and features an independent restaurant tenant on the ground floor. Vision 3 Architects serves as architect of record on the project in collaboration with the design architect and interior designer, Group One Partners.
