Project Tour: Southside Community Land Trust Tour

Join AIA Rhode Island for an architecture tour of the Southside Community Land Trust headquarters, the rehabilitation of a 12,000-square-foot, 1850s livery building at 404 Broad Street, adjacent to Trinity Square in Providence’s Upper South Side. Led by Union Studio, this presentation and Q&A will explore how the design team transformed a neglected building into a center for urban agriculture, education, and small-scale commerce. Attendees will see how the ground-floor USDA produce-packing center, commercial kitchen, fresh-food market, and rental spaces for locally.
