ABOUT THE POSITION

Vision 3 Architects is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with 8+ years of professional experience who is looking to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, design-driven firm.

This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to manage projects from initial programming and design through construction administration while building strong client relationships and mentoring emerging professionals.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of design and construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality design and technical solutions.
• Oversee project documentation, construction administration, and quality control efforts.
• Collaborate with Principals and Studio Directors on project strategy and client service.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth and development.
• Contribute to the implementation of sustainable and context-sensitive design solutions.
• Utilize emerging technologies, BIM workflows, and digital tools to enhance project delivery and client outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of professional architectural experience, including demonstrated project management responsibilities.
• Professional architectural licensure preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, consultant coordination, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Familiarity with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows, design technology platforms, and emerging digital tools that enhance project delivery and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams while fostering a positive and collaborative project environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in workplace, education, hospitality, healthcare, or other complex commercial project types is highly desirable.
