The team here at Signal Works pride ourselves on offering additional opportunities to staff members at all levels to foster an environment of growth, we offer exposure and experience in:

  • Real Estate Development: Our company is active in leading its own real estate development work – from main-streets mixed-use commercial redevelopment to improving and rehabilitating ageing multi-family properties. There is an opportunity to learn the acquisition, financing and project management work in this exciting sister field that few other architecture firms can offer.
  • Business Development: Networking, Technical Sales, and Client Success Storytelling (oh-my!). If you have an interest in how “business” happens or want to have a hand in helping us secure mission-aligned projects, we have a role for you.
  • Account Management: One of the most cross-functional positions within an Architecture firm.  You are responsible for managing a variety of tasks. Account Managers do more than simply make a sale and hand it off to the project team, in fact – it’s critical that the Account Manager stays heavily involved through all facets of an individual project’s lifecycle.  If exposure to leading clients from “problem” to “solution” is for you, we have the path to success and will show you how.
  • “Care Team”: Founded to ensure our firm maintains a “culture of support” and we are using our time and projects to advance the “development of the whole person”.  We apply this first to our internal team and their families, then our business network, and finally to our community at large. Our Care Team is tasked with creating programs that meet these goals and assessing the impact of our initiatives.
