Pilgrim Lofts Tour

This historic adaptive reuse project was recently completed in 2017 in the Armory District on the West side of Providence. The original structure was built in 1874 as the Pilgrim Congregational Church and has since survived several fires and natural disasters. This renovation project transformed the previously abandoned building into fifteen unique apartments that restores the original historic character and is complimented with simple, modern finishes and fixtures.
The tour will be led by the project architect who will discuss the design process including issues of: historic preservation, zoning and neighborhood planning, construction detailing, and rehabilitation.
