Kyle is the Principal at KYLE BAMRICK ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN [KBAD], a boutique architecture studio with over 20 years of custom residential experience. Rooted in coastal Rhode Island, the studio focuses on finding the balance between classic coastal New England architecture and a modern design aesthetic.

He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University. He is a licensed Architect in RI, CT, and MA, NCARB Certified, and a LEED-accredited professional.

Kyle is a member of Passive House Rhode Island (phri) and strongly believes in the power of building science, utilizing high-performance building systems and natural materials to create not just beautiful spaces but also energy-efficient buildings that stand the test of time.

Prior to establishing his studio, Kyle honed his craft at renowned firms such as KITE Architects and Estes Twombly + Titrington Architects. His contributions to numerous award-winning projects across Southern New England have solidified his reputation as a seasoned professional.

Kyle remains an active member of AIA Rhode Island having held various positions on the Board over the years.  Currently, he serves as the Rhode Island State Representative for AIA National’s Small Firm Exchange (AIA SFx), working to advance the mutual interests of architects practicing in small firms.

Kyle, his wife, and their son live in Wakefield. In the summer, you probably can’t find them unless you are on the coast, where they enjoy boating, surfing, fishing, and all the outdoor spoils of living in South County.
