RI Commercial Energy Code: Overview

This is the overview session for a series of trainings that are aimed at educating participants on the state energy code and better building practices in order to achieve higher performance in the field. We will focus on issues in the code that are open to interpretation or that may appear difficult to implement and use building science to clarify what is important and why. This general workshop covers a range of topics including an overview of the commercial RI Energy Code, envelope requirements and lighting and mechanical provisions.
