Course description: Learn how through a pre and post move-in study with the Wake Forest University School of Business,  we were able to better understand the link between design, students’ satisfaction and the perception of the school.

• Describe six design recommendations identified during the Phase 1 Study (pre move-in)
• Review the recommendations of the Phase 2 Study (post move-in)
• Identify four design recommendations for successful learning spaces
