The Project Architect will be primarily responsible for all technical aspects of design production, as well as oversight and managing construction documents.

 In addition to acting as the main point of contact for Clients and project technical questions, the candidate will also work closely with MEP/Structural teams, serving as the primary liaison in coordinating project deliverables. The candidate should also possess strong collaboration skills, proficient writing skills and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Client interaction and management
• Produce complete set of through and accurate construction document
• Integrate an understanding various materials and methods into construction documents
• Review and implementation of applicable codes and regulations
• Integrate an understanding of MEP and structural systems into construction documents, in order to coordinate work fully with Architectural design
• Provide assistance with Construction Administration Process, including review of Shop Drawings and RFIs

Required Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience with the production of commercial architecture projects
• Experience compiling a set of construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD
• Architectural Licensure
• Experience designing/updating projects in Revit
