Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate/coordinate during all phases of project delivery
- Produce, manage, and coordinate construction documentation
- Manage client and consultant communication
- Conduct quality control processes
- Project management
Qualifications/Skill Set
- Professional design degree
- 8 or more years of related professional experience
- Proven self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent written and graphic communication skills
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit
- Strong technical knowledge with construction document detailing experience
- Familiarity with building codes
- RI or MA architect license and NCARB certification a plus
- Proficiency with Adobe CS Design Suite is a plus
