We are looking for an experienced and thoughtful Graphic Designer with a Marketing Communications background or aptitude to join our dynamic studio of design professionals at our main office in vibrant downtown Providence.

As an office with an expanding regional and national presence, we’re excited to welcome a colleague who will be a key member of our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives that express our firm’s values, reflect our culture, and celebrate our expertise, accomplishments, and passion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design graphics and layout for proposals, marketing and brand collateral, presentations, social media, and website content
  • Ensure cohesive brand identity across all channels and uphold brand guidelines
  • Prepare and package files for print, digital, social media, and web
  • Update marketing collateral and InDesign templates
  • Retouch and edit images for various platforms
  • Communicate with printers, photographers, video partners, website developers and other marketing resources for estimates, scheduling shoots, and coordinating edits and deliverables
  • Assist with website updates in WordPress
  • Assist with social media including writing post copy and preparing posts
  • Prepare submissions for industry awards programs
  • Assist with RFP tracking and coordination
  • Help organize and maintain digital assets
  • Ensure quality control through approval of proofs, drafts, press checks, and testing of technology and materials before deployment

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field (or a relevant combination of experience and education)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Expertise with Adobe Create Suite (InDesign Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Strong written communication and proofreading abilities with an eye for accuracy, consistency, and detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with creating engaging content for social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & X)
  • Knowledge of photography and video editing experience a plus
